Sener Law Firm
The Firm was founded by Advocate Mustafa Sener who is of Turkish Cypriot
Nationality born in 1976 and studied Law at The University of Istanbul,
graduating in 2001. After graduating he began working for one of the
leading Law Firms in Istanbul which then led Mustafa back to his home
country of Northern Cyprus to continue his profession.
On his return he was offered to join the office of Advocate and one time
judge Gunesh Mentesh. Here Mustafa gained invaluable experience
firsthand and was given the opportunity to take on cases which at the
time were followed closely by the local press. Verdicts achieved
contributed to his recognition within the Turkish law circles and local
community and this contributed to his growing portfolio as a well
established Criminal lawyer in North Cyprus.
In March 2005 Mustafa opened Sener Law Firm with the vision and drive to
create a Firm with the capacity to offer all its Clients with local
excellence and global standards. At the core of this Mustafa led his
team to have the confidence to challenge existing thinking, to push
boundaries where necessary, to encourage and lead the way. With all of
these core principles Mustafa has led his team through many high profile
cases and continues to establish the Firm through current and new
Legislation.
The Firms ambition is to be one of the premier law firms within the TRNC
and to internationally extend its branches. The aim is to achieve this
goal through continuous investment by way of managing the
information and knowledge gained and by embedding an overall working
culture that enables its people to offer a continuous high level of
service.
To demonstrate our commitment to our clients, we adopt the policy of
recruiting individuals of a high standard, with the ability to
understand and be able to relate to the cultures of the sectors they are
servicing. We believe that this niche is the key to achieving client
satisfaction at the highest level and pride ourselves on being one of
the leaders to achieve this niche.
A prime example of this lies not only in the people we employ but also
in the associations which we form. Our Firm currently has such an
association with a UK based Law Firm by the name of Hugh Jones and Co.
The main crux of this association is being able to provide its mutual
clients with the convenience of dealing with a UK based Law Firm in
relation to all their affairs in the TRNC.
