 UK Association

Sener Law Firm in Association with Hugh-Jones & Co Solicitors, London

In May 2007 Sener Law Firm entered into an association with a London based Law Firm called Hugh Jones & Co.

The main aim of this association amongst other things is to provide the clients of both firms the security and advantage of being represented both in London and The TRNC by two separate law firms working under the same umbrella. Those clients who have business interests in both countries will benefit from representation on the same level and in connection with each other.

This is the first association of its type to be formed in the TRNC, and has been approved and registered with the Law Society of England and Wales.
The idea of such an association was initiated by Eddie Dervish of Hugh-Jones & Co and Mustafa Şener of Sener Law Firm.

In the event that any client wishes to pursue some kind of an investment in the TRNC, or has a problem in the TRNC requiring legal attention, Sener Law Firm can handle the matter on behalf of the client without the client having to travel to the TRNC, but instead visiting Hugh –Jones & Co at their offices in London. The two firms will then work together in representing the client.
This also applies to any clients who are currently residing in the TRNC, and wish for representation in the UK.
Please be advised however that in certain circumstances a visit to the destination may be required especially where Court representation is in question.
