24.4.2010 UBP next leader to be appointed
The National Union Party (UBP) will hold a general assembly on May 30th to appoint the successor to leader Dervis Eroglu. Dr Eroglu has had to resign as general chairman of the party and prime minister after becoming president. UBP general secretary Irsen Kucuk will have the leaders power of attorney until the assembly.
